Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed.

Exceptions: We may consider a refund only in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The product file is corrupted or inaccessible
• A duplicate charge occurred
