1. Agreement By accessing or purchasing from dashtrend.digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Digital Products All products sold on Dashtrend.Digital are digital products (guides, training materials, and AI resources). Products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

3. Intellectual Property All content sold on Dashtrend.Digital is the intellectual property of Dashtrend. You may not resell, redistribute, or share any purchased product without written permission.

4. Payment We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All prices are in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

5. No Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.

6. Limitation of Liability Dashtrend is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
